中广电 国际网络有限公司（简称：中广电国际）是中国 广播电视网络有限公司（简称：中国广电）全资子公司。公司成立于2018年3月，注册资本4亿元人民币，是中国 广电海外广电业务的实施主体。中国广 电隶属中国人民共和国国家广播电视总局，是国家 财政部出资设立的中央文化企业。中国广 电是全国有线电视网络整合的市场主体，是广电系“三网融合”的推进主体，是继移动、电信、联通后的“第四大运营商”。
Established in March 2018 with a registered capital of RMB 400 million, China Broadcasting Network International Co., Ltd. (hereafter referred to as CBNI) is a wholly-owned subsidiary of China Broadcasting Network Co., Ltd. (hereafter referred to as CBN) that acts as the latter’s primary entity for the overseas operations of its broadcasting and TV businesses. CBN, on the other hand, is an entity operating under the direct supervision of the State Amministration of Radio and Television, and is a Central Cultural Enterprise funded and established by the Ministry of Finance. CBN plays the role of not only a market entity that represents the integration of the nation’s cable television networks, but also that of an organ that drives the promotion of the integration of telecommunications, radio broadcasting, television, and Internet services into a single broadcasting broadband. Owing to this importance, CBN is widely deemed as the “fourth largest operator” after China Mobile, China Telecom, and China Unicom.

In response to the Belt and Road Initiative, a new set of goals involving countries along the Belt and Road arises, which requires China to both enhance cooperation on radio and television transmission capabilities, as well as stimulate cultural exchanges in the motion picture industry. To meet such requirements, CBNI takes full use of its competitive advantage in resources as a Central Cultural Enterprise and the “fourth largest operator” by actively introducing investments from multiple channels, while setting project cooperation as its main operational path. The company has so far successfully undertaken multi-faceted and all-round business cooperation covering: the investment, establishment, and operation of broadcasting and television networks; adaptation, exchanges, and copyright transactions of motion picture products; as well as the development of value-added Internet services. It can be seen through such endeavors that CBNI is fully committed to not only creating a joint community of broadcasting that features mutual benefits, win-win cooperation, interconnectivity of networks and people, but also providing a diverse, high-quality, highly-efficient, and integrated radio broadcasting and television services to people in countries along the Belt and Road.
